After finishing one bottle (30 pills): I noticed visible improvement in my hair fullness (the main reason for my purchase), more frequent growth of my nails (although not necessarily stronger yet),and to my surprise a significant improvement in my complexion (few or no acne breakouts). I can honestly say that I am beyond pleased with this last one due to my never-ending acne prone complexion. I am currently on my second bottle and hope for continued results. I would recommend these pills to anyone who has similar issues (thinnning hair, problem skin, weak nails). Good luck to you!

I'm not the pill-popping type...and I'm shocked that I've been poppin these pills THIS long. but I figure I'd try some hair/skin/nail pills. I purchased these pills on the strength of its reviews.
Anyway, I haven't been taking them for long but here are some things that *I* noticed after taking the pills in the first 2 1/5 weeks:
1. Complexion is improving. I have adult acne and my face isn't all marked uo and full of pimples b/c I work to keep my face clear. I scrub, peel, etc... you name it. I keep a steady supply of Glycolic! LOL
However, I haven't performed a peel in a month and I ceased my daily regimen to really see how the pills would work. I still have to exfoliate (with a mild scrub due to my propensity for intense buildup)and such but I haven't had any new breakouts. Skin is smooth without much effort.
2. Hair shedding has been greatly reduced. This is something that I noticed right off the bat. After 3-5 days in fact.
It used to be that I'd wash my hair and clumps of strands were falling into the shower/sink. I didn't have a bald spot but I could rake my fingers through my hair and come out with strands.
It's stress mostly.
But the shedding has slowed for the most part. Now I shed at a normal rate.
As far as I can see, the pills are working.
-- Will the pills improve hair thickness?
Too early to tell. Remember, I haven't even finished my first month. I take a pill a day and still have 17 tablets to go...lol. Anyway, I already have thick hair. But, the pills reduce shedding (in my case). So, I suppose...if you're not shedding like a Persian then your hair would have to be fuller, right?
So...there's you answer.
-- Will the pills spur hair-growth? Again -- too early to tell. My hair grows quickly anyway but I bought the pills anyway thinking, "Hey, if I can get an extra 1/4 inch of growth -- why not?"
I go into my sew-in this Saturday so I should really be able to tell how quickly it's growing. If I need to hop out of that thing in a month then I will know that the pill has been contributing to faster hair growth.
We'll see...

The pills are going great as far as I can tell.
NAILS -- Are they making my nails grow or strengthening them? Couldn't tell ya! If I'm not wearing acrylics, I can be found chewing my nails off. Never been a big nail person, anyhow.
SKIN -- My face is responding well to this. I'd use these pills for that reason alone. I was pretty slow to jump on the pill train but I now believe that hair/skin/nail pills are a great supplement to anyone's routine.
HAIR -- Shedding is still greatly reduced and I have only the pills to thank for that. As previously stated, I had a HUGE issue with shedding. My hair would come out in small clumps in the shower. And actually, I did come out of my sew-in earlier than normal. Usually I can force it for a few weeks (2.5 months) to really get my money's worth but I barely made two months this time around.
Yet, this could be attributed to a lack of shedding. Not a 'surge in hair growth', per se.
Do I think that the Nioxin is helping to increase growth?
Perhaps...in small measure but I hesitate to say.
1. I've never truly tracked my hair growth to say how much the pills are helping. I just know that my hair grows fast.
Haven't taken comparison pics in a while. Or straightened for 'length checks' since Nov when I removed my sew-in. I am texlaxing while preparing to transition to natural hair, btw. We all know how serious the 'shrinkage' factor is.
Well, if you're ethnic with 'kinky-curly' hair, you do. *laugh*
So...
I can't speak on growth. Just retention. And the retention is going VERY well.
I've never tried different pills so who knows if GNC (or those from the grocery store) are as effective. I'll probably compare labels and see. Looking for something more accessible. I hate having to wait for shipping.

So far my hair got shinier and its growing much faster,which is a big plus.
the only downside is i see my roots faster.I will buy this product again ,worth the money

I am almost done with the 90 count bottle and oh boy have I noticed a diffrence. My hair has grown quite a lot, enough that my boyfriend told me it is too long. I also notice a lot of "baby hairs" sprouting like crazy but though it requires more time to tame these baby hairs I am very pleased with the results.
